Africa Union Commission (AUC) is involved in yet another unnecessary  scandal, a guest blockage case. Last week on 24th April 2014  Sophia Bekele the DCA Executive Director was supposed to give  a KeyNote remark at the annual Girl's ICT day on 24th April 2014 in Addis Ababa Ethiopia at the invitation of  International Telecommunication Union (ITU), along with other dignitaries. According to an online source CIO, Ms Bekele was to deliver her speech after the opening remarks by ITU’s Regional Director of Africa Andrew Rugege as well as Bethelhem Tilahum, MD, soleRebels. Bekele was to be followed by Dr Elham M.A. Ibrahim, AUC Commissioner for Infrastructure and Energy.
